I think not to many care about the wiki to be honest. Also Advent had their description before they were even released.

It's useful for noobs/newbs.

Ontopic: yes it's a shame but it's not only for the Rebellion add ons. The Transcencia Star Base has no info regarding tactics compared to the others.

Tactics for the advent starbase:

Upgrade health.

Get meteor. 

Get Mass disorientation.

Get guardians with repulse.

Use guardians to repulse enemy fleets into range of meteor.

If somehow your opponent slips by your guardians, use Mass disorientation.

Continue using meteor.

Laugh everytime your capitals level up.

TEC and Vasari are very popular in online multiplayer PvP games.  It's Advent that has the problem.  Ever since the Illuminators were "nerfed" when a bug was fixed upon Diplomacy's release, Advent has been viewed as a weaker race.

The corvettes more then the Discord, but when the other races have the exact same feature with no variation you cannot really call it an advantage.
