Is Rebellion the whole set?

Is it the main game, and 3 expansions??

I have the original sins of a solar empire and got the entrenchment pack, and I was wondering: is rebellion a standalone game that includes both previous expansions and the main game, or will I need to buy diplomacy as well?

Rebellion is standalone and has all the content of the previous games.
