I purchased a box copy years ago and diplo and entrench via impulse when they released.  I attempted to play the games yesterday for the first time in ages.  I downloaded and installed the current version of the gamestop app, ver 4.03.821 (Build 2216).  After installing all three titles sins, entrenchment, diplomacy, I attempted to play the game.  The game pops up asking for my account email, password, and registration code.  When I enter the information it informs me that the game is already registered to a different account and I cannot play the game.  After speaking with Gamestop customer service who verified that the registration codes were indeed valid and linked to my account I was asked to email customer service regarding the matter. 

In the meantime while I await a response I am hopeful that someone in the community may know of a work around.  I have attempted to register my game here as one forum post claimed to have worked.  Sadly however in the game registration on this site there is only an option to register Trinity and not vanilla or the other expansions. 

I have uninstalled both the games and the gamestop app and reinstalled without success, as well as tried to register them on a second computer I own which had the same problems. 

Any help that can be rendered is appreciated.
