A friend and I were having a great game against several AI opponents. Everyone was at about 25% towards diplomacy victory. Then, suddenly out of nowhere, one team won diplomacy. When I continued the game, I saw that their diplomacy points were 1500/75. Is this some kind of horrendous bug? Or am I missing something with how diplomacy works?
We did try reloading from the last save, and the same thing happened again.
