By sheer chance, when I was searching on Amazon for an imported boxed copy of Sins: Rebellion, I came across the soundtrack on MP3 for sale. When I checked on other major music sales platforms, I discovered that the Sins: Rebellion soundtrack is for sale on at least the following music stores (in MP3): iTunes, Google Play, CDBaby, and Amazon. And I just thought to tell everybody here on the forums so anyone else looking might know where to find it.
This is the same soundtrack that was packaged in the Collector's Edition of the Rebellion on two CDs, with Disc 1 (tracks 1-23 on iTunes and CDBaby) being the original soundtrack that came with the GOTY and Collector's editions of the base game and Disc 2 (tracks 24 - 45 on iTunes and CDBaby) being the complete Rebellion soundtrack (the soundtrack composed for the expansion).
Here is the CDBaby description:
The complete soundtrack collection from the award-winning strategy game, Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion, by Ironclad Games. Contains 45 tracks of original music by artist Paul Schuegraf.
Released in 2008, Ironclad Games' and Stardock Entertainment's Sins of a Solar Empire, won rave reviews, critical acclaim and Strategy Game of the Year for breaking the traditional real-time strategy mould. In 2012, Ironclad and Stardock released a standalone expansion to the hit franchise titled, Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion, to huge fanfare.
Originally only available to Collectors' Edition customers, Ironclad and Stardock are now releasing the soundtrack for this hit series online. Containing more than 40+ tracks, this huge compilation includes more than 2 hours of original music from composer Paul Schuegraf.
And the links to the stores and their prices, in increasing order of cost:

Compared to these prices (except for CDBaby), the physical CDs are still quite competitive, as to ship to my house in California in the Collector's Steelbook bundle it is $17.94. https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/collectorsedition
Also worth mentioning is that if you already own the game, you can download the soundtrack off of Steam in either FLAC or MP3 formats for $9.99. And if you don't own the game, you can buy the game and the soundtrack bundled together for $44.99.
I was a bit surprised to happen upon the soundtrack without any announcement from Yarlen on the forums that it had been released as a download elsewhere than Steam, so I just thought to inform everybody else in my sort of informal announcement way. I for one adore the Sins soundtrack and hope that Sins 2 can deliver in the same musical manner as the original.
