Create New Page is Disabled--Why?

I have one Tile up. However, the option to create a new page is disabled. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Why no response in over one month? Perhaps the issue is with purchase versus trial - the asterisk note on tips says having more than 3 tiles requires purchase (and three will not show up by default unless you set that in configure pages)
