MiniDump on startup since 1.82 patch

Since the latest patch came through, I haven't been able to play the game. Everytime I hit play, it'll reach the Rebellion picture (the fist), then MiniDump. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it does the same thing everytime. I'm not sure what I can do to fix the problem. Is anyone else having similar issues? It worked perfectly prior to the update.

Have you tried deleting the rebellion.user.setting file?

Yeah; tried deleting "setting", "cache", all the saved files folders.

I have also had nothing but problems. Everything is up to date, latest NVidia drivers. Even deleted my local content through steam and reloaded the whole damn game.

 

It seems that every single time they update something my game is crap for some time before they fix it. I would like to congratulate Stardock for killing a massive game we had planned for last night, maybe we can crash another game for tonight on a nice long holiday weekend.

 

I am sure nobody is going to come on to fix the game, on this long holiday weekend so I will one again say "thanks for nothing"

Quick update:

 

My friend and I keep track of each other to see when we are on with Xfire, been using it since the beginning of time. Since the patch (whatever has changed), Xfire is causing the crash. 

 

I can turn it off and start right up. Turn it back on while playing at any time and immediately mini-dump. FYI
