I hate to say this, but from my experiences, in most communities, whether they be enthusiast forums, gaming, etc, the most knowledgeable people are usually quite modest people. They also usually do not attack the person, but if the person has stated something wrong, their arguments.

The game needs several new armor types imo

Titans ... I think it's complicated. They did have one positive effect I think. They increased the use of capital ships in the game. Certain capital ships on each side are vital to take on Titans.

simple way make heavy cruisers usefull is - low down they credit. resurce and fleet supply cost for example on 15-20%.
no need any bombers nerf or heavy cruisers buff.  thats all.  even now heavy cruisers very usefull, you say bombers kill them?, oh pls, use carriers with figthers for defending them. 

A categorical buff doesn't exactly seem ideal. And besides, the balance concerns go deeper than just heavy cruisers...

Damn good job Seleuceia with that crack detective work, I should have suspected this was another Riddleking troll thread. His list of "sleeper" accounts he creates years in advance for his trolling is truly incredible.

It has made the game kind of Titan-centric. Depending on your perspective that can be a good or a bad thing.

I don't think a straight up buff to stats (ex: hp, damage) would be the best option.

I still thinking giving them some sort of anti-strike capability would be a net gain though for balance. Combine this with a few more armor types for specific types of units and it would solve most of the balance issues.

I have no idea what that means, as I have not been on this forum for long.

Honestly, I think (to the devs) cruisers are frigates, it just they decided to give them a different "visible" label considering they were under a different build tab.

But I do agree with you.  If one is going to give something a different label to the player, then they should use the same categorization in code.

Lol? That's the first thing you have said to me that has made me laugh.

If we were, it would be easy tell. our tone would be extremely similar. Plus, you have thus far, attempted to hide your alts as much as you can, the notable exception being HummerX.

That's easy.

Look at tone, writing style, and choice of words. If 2 accounts are owned by the same person, they would be very similar in that  regard. It is very, very hard for a person to alter the way they talk and write. We humans are creatures of habit. Generally speaking, if 2 accounts are the same, the style that they write will be similar.

A friend of mine used to be a TA at a university. He once caught a person plagiarizing because of the similar writing style between two essays. 

Now I know this is a joke, but this is a serious answer - remember, humans are creatures of habit. That's why it's very hard for example for a procrastinator to break their habits. They have to actively think about breaking their habit for a long time.

Also, another consideration. Have you ever done a group report or project before? You'll notice that integrating everything together can be a challenge, because of the differences in writing style. Without a lot of editing, it won't sound "smooth", the flow of the words will not be very pleasant to read, and the paper will sound like it was several different works hammered together.

I know for a fact that I've been "framed" for possessing certain accounts that were not actually mine, such as the case of Tiberius by Seleuceia (most likely WOEaintME's smurf) and late_game_master, also by Seleuceia (Are you sensing a pattern here?).
