How do I enable flyout menus in Start8

If I remember correctly, in windows 7, the All program menu will fly out to the right instead of scrolling down. How do I configure Start8 to obtain this feature. This is on a trial version .

The all programs menu does not fly out on Windows 7. The last time it did that was Windows XP.

Items on the right hand list can have menus vs directly opening links and this can be configured in the Start8 configuration app, but the all programs button will always show a scrolling tree.
