Large Empire Capital Bonus

I would love to see some improvements to my capitals. I think that a set number of planets modified by map size would be great. After so many planets I can upgrade my Civilization capital to more then just a colony capital. Added tourism Influence and science would all be candidates. I would also like to see regional capitals show up. Lets say at 10 planets I get a civilization capital on my home planet, then every 10 new planets I get to designate on of my colony's to upgrade to a regional capital. It just feels weird that my Civilization capital of 100 planets looks and acts like a back water colony capital. It would be like stoping into Novi's City hall and it being Washington DC (A Michigan, Detroit area reference as I live by Stardock's offices.)

I think capital upgrades would go well with the government type tech line. Makes sense as your government develops further that the the physical enclave that it's housed in advances along with it.

Not that I think upgrades for your capital are needed, but it's a neat idea nonetheless.
