When going into one of these scenes it runs for a few seconds, skips, a shorter time more, skips longer.....  until its just sitting.  The sound does not stop, occasionally the talking will hit the next point.  So I assume eventually the scene will end but I am not about to leave it running all night.  I opened Task Manager during this and it is not even close to pushing my system to the limit.  A panoramic of a static scene and talking shouldn't be an issue.

I saw another post about this on steam forums but there was no resolution there.

I performed all of the Ideas mentioned there as well.
