I have been playing with DesktopX and all the fish objects.  I found a scuba picture on the net, added the DX fish, Dawebmassa's plants, am using the Oranda cursors, and Alexandrie's Aquarium skin.  This desktop rocks!  And, I can watch the fishies randomly swim when I get frustrated with whatever I'm doing!  DesktopX is really getting amazing!  See my desktop pic by clicking on my name to see what I am talking about (you have to imagine it in motion, or better yet- create it yourself on your own desktop!)  Another thing to look at- look at the fish.  Notice how they are different colors even though they are the same?  You can color shift objects in their properties settings now on the fly.  how cool is that?

Yikes! Isn't that a fish that was thought to be extinct long ago and then was "discovered?" It's not a pleasant looking fellow. Looks like it could give a piranha a bad time.

Find me a good couple of pictures of a seahorse and star fish side view and top view. I'll see what I can do but will be awhile. Working on the shark and a background for the toon. Oh yeah almost forgot just about got the chest done for those that wanted it but will need some help on the aplying it to DX2. Every time I try to even look at the script it locks my system up and crashes.

Seahorses are fantastic creatures. They mate for life. The male carries the unborn, which are born alive. They are endangered because they are harvested and dried for souvenirs. A seahorse left behind, having lost his mate, will not take a new mate. At least that is what I remember about them. They need help.

Sea dragons .... no one would believe you. They are too fantastic looking.

What about a plain old hermit crab? No one seems to enjoy the fiesty little fellows more than me. How about a Blue Crab. Or a Dungense Crab. A Candy-Stripe cleaner shrimp? Even a lobster! Need more Crusteaceans. >

That shark is really cool.  It would be great if you could make a series of those with the same feel so that you could make a cartoonish type "aquarium" with them. 

The scripting in DesktopX is getting amazing.  They are working on it so that Objects can be more realistic.  Like the fish could eat each other (China's fish could be realistic then) and they could start out small and grow.  All sorts of wacky stuff they are working on. 

Thanks to all that have wished me a "welcome back!"  I really do appreciate it!
