Difference between Blinds & Curtains?

Hi,

I own windows blinds and I'm just wondering what the differences are between the two?
https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ & https://www.stardock.com/products/curtains/

They appear to me to be very similar, can anyone tell me what the difference is?

Lastly, are they working on windows 11 currently or just 10?

Curtains and Windowblinds are currently not compatible with Windows 11. Compatible upgrade versions are planned to be released later this year.
