Why use German texts when you're playing in English?

Windows Version Number: Windows 11 25H2
App Version: 4.1

I have configured the game to Englisch, but sometimes I get German messages.
I have startet the save game with Englisch (I did not changed the language).
But my Windows is in German.
A save game is attached as link (before the event).

By the way, this is not a German sentence. 
"Wir wenden dem Yor Singularity."
What will we do?

Better: "Wir wenden dem Yor Singularity den Kriege erklären." 

It's a shame that you can only play the game in English, since there are so many typos in the German version.
