Annoying glitch with the monthly news report

Is there a fix

Windows Version Number: windows 11 home 23H2

Since the latest update information from the monthly news report is duplicated outside of the box and below it. This is annoying because if I am trying to put modules on a station the monthly report information is over the module information making it hard to do.
