Why is it that only the top 10 empires are shown on the Galactic Map?

I deserved that... ;)

It just would've been nice to see the top 20...there's so much empty space now.

Eventually, I hope to have others join my little piece of space. Check out my Imperial website at http://home.earthlink.net/~nascarfanatic/ to see what I'm doing.

Basically, I wanted to be active and I figured the best way to do that was to start an empire of like-minded people. :)

Not that my empire plans on being huge or anything, but I just wanted to see what would happen.

I agree with barry, the top 20 empires should be shown. The galactic map left blank on most spots gives it the impression that there is nobody there when in fact there are thrives communities of smaller empires. anyone who feels the same way please feel free to e-mail stardock and submit your views on the subject.
