request fix/clarification on tribute payments

When I receive tribute payments, my Domestic Policy screen shows them under income for one more turn than it should. Either that, or I am not receiving the last payment. (I wasn't counting, but maybe someone could check.)

For example, I was getting 44 bc for a certain number of months. The last payment I received was August. Then September comes up, and the Domestic Policy screen shows 44 bc tribute income as it has been every month, only this time when I click Next Turn button, October comes up I will not have received the 44 bc that was showing due. I am short 44 bc, and the Domestic Policy screen now shows 0 bc tribute.

So you can see I am either not getting the last payment, or the payments are showing due for one more month than they should. Not a big deal usually, but I thought I would point it out. Maybe it would be easy to fix.

If you don't count the current month the deal was made then it would be correct but you must count the month the deal was made because you recieved your first payment then.

This is an exploitable bug. Trading with the AI, you can trade 4000 for zero turns or 2000 for 1 turns, for example. If you choose 2000 for 1 turns, you only get charged 2000 instead of 2000 this turn and the next. All trades with duration have this "off by one" error.

Well, there's a bug there, but if I choose 2000 for 1 turn, I would *expect* to be charged 2000. 4000*0=0

I would want to see the "zero turns" disappear and become "1 turn" so multiplication works normally.

I mentioned this in the bug thread but was knocked down, nice to see others noticed this too.

I don't see the point in having 0 months, should be 1 month is the current month.
