copy the downloaded .scr file into either your Windows folder (eg.: c:\windows or c:\winnt)or your Windows System folder (eg.: c:\windows\system32 or c:\winnt\system32)
Then rightclick the desktop, click properties, click the 'Screen Saver' tab and pick the newly installed screensaver
