I don't know about the menu fonts, but keep in mind that in SkinStudio that's a real menubar, while in Explorer, that's a toolbar that acts like a menubar.

I can tell you that per-pixel windows don't support menubar skinning or mdi buttons. Those elements will be ignored unless the user disables per-pixel windows (or thier video card doesn't support them) on thier end.
