Hi there - I had updated Start11 from v.1.47 to 2.0 about 3 weeks ago. I was getting the 'Access Denied' error for flyout menu. At the time there was no fix so I uninstalled 2.0 and reinstalled 1.47. Does anyone know if that issue has been resolved? I'm excited about upgrading to 2.0 but I want to make sure it will run smoothly as v. 1.47 has been doing. Any news?

Is it too late to participate in the beta testing?
Dude! You did it! [e digicons][/e] The ctrl option did the trick (why is that...out of curiosity). Also you mention Adobe 64 bit, it's true I've only seen still the 32 bit version. How can I get the 64 bit version? Thanks a mil [e digicons]5*[/e]
Thank you for your input Neil. However, it appears that the latest PDF reader that is supplied from Adobe Acrobat is this I downloaded this app directly from Adobe's website. Thanks again though for trying. Still need help

I just purchased a Dell Vostro 14 3405 AMD Ryzen 5 3450U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx with Windows 10 Pro. I installed my WindowBlinds 10.84 through Object Desktop. When I activate Windowblinds everything skins well...except Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version). The titlebar disappears and the app cannot be moved. I have to use ALT command to see the option to close Adobe. I have done the following to try to resolve the issue: 1. Configue WindowBlinds to exclude Adobe (titlebar still mis
Thank you for your quick response. [e digicons]:)[/e] No, I don't believe so. I just changed my system about a week ago to the Dell Vostro. So I was thinking that the issue had to do with maybe the configuration with my GPU. But don't know where look.
Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me with a first time issue with changing the transparency on my taskbar. I have a Dell Vostro 14 AMD RYZEN 5 CPU/ RADEON VEGA GPU. For some reason I cannot change the transparency on my taskbar other than what is available on the Windows. I added a DWORD (32-bit) value named UseOLEDTaskbarTransparency under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Thank you very much! [e digicons]|-)[/e]
Dear Stardock, I understand that SkinStudio comes with Object Desktop. I use to have the app on my previous system. I admit I haven't used it for a long time so when I decided to use it (during the lock-down time) I realized that I didn't have installed. Can someone help me install it, I can't even find the installation file. Thank you for your help in advance. Sincerely, Craig M Giese Customer since 2001
Hey does anyone know where I can find my Object Edit through Object Desktop. It's no longer on my list of installed programs. How can I reinstall it? Thanks in advance [e digicons][/e]
I'm using XP MCE SP3
Hey there anyone: Yesterday I updated my Windowblinds 7 from 7.01.022 to 7.01.028 After that the next day I noticed that my Windows Live Mail was crashing. A link from Microsoft dircted me to their web database saying that it is a Windowblinds issue. However, I can't seem to get any info from the link as to what is the issue. Does anybody know about this and how to resolve this issue? Thanks [e digicons]:D[/e] Goose40
Hey Deionychus, just a supporting thought to DrJBHL's comment on dualboot. I have it set up on my desktop. It works great and conveniently. I use XP PRO as my primary but I use VISTA to record TV shows and just to keep myself on top of new OSs. Try it[e digicons]:digichet:[/e]
Hello Haerdails. Here's your confirmation. Yes, I can use both IP4 program and change individual icons w/o being prompt to activate the program. One detail though, I did notice that when I change the whole icon package my CD/DVD icon does not get changed until I change it separately. Not a biggy for me. Any thoughts on that Seabass? Goose
I just want to say to you guys at Stardock Job Well Done! Thank you for resolving this activation issue. Thanks to Seabass as well for your help along the way. This last update IP4.09b did the trick. No more probs! Thanks again guys :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT:
Hey SeaBass. Any news on this pending issue? Just wondering. :NOTSURE: Goose
Thanks for the suggestions guys. HOWEVER, it will not accept the serial change. The weird thing is that my IP serial is the IP-17xxxxxxxx. When I try to set up a new registration for IP4 with the OD serial I get the "The serial numbers you have entered is not recognized by Impulse..." (ref. 2) Strange thing too is that it does it with IP-17xxxxxxxx serial as well. I'm still patient though. Eagerly waiting for the special DLL :d Goose
Hello SeaBass: Just a quick question, was this recent update suppose to fix my problem or should I expect another update? Yes, BTW I'm still with this problem. THX Goose
SeaBass: I uninstalled, removed the old registration for IP, then downloaded and installed IP4. All looked well. Loaded and ran without a hitch...until I tried to change one icon (through Explorer-Properties-Icon-Change Icon...etc, and I got this: Windows cannot find 'C:\Documents and Settings \[...]\IconPackager\Activate.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search. Dooooh! ???<br
Thanks. I'll give it a try. (You're right I didn't think of that either :p , although it's not my favorite thing to do) I'm off to beat my compu... Goose
Hello SeaBass: In case you are thinking the update was the solution... (:( it twasn't. Any other ideas? Goose
Ok. Done Thanks, Goose
Hello SeaBass: I tried your suggestion. Impulse says that my registration (OD)is invalid. Goose
