A quick question on Xpand Rally, I have heard it uses Starforce for copy protection, will this be stripped out of the version I can get here ? It could of course just be the on the retail CD's but just curious.
I for one am really looking forwards to getting Earth 2150, I tried the demo at the time it came out but was too hooked on Total Anhilation to pick it up. Not too sure on 3 tokens for Earth 2160, it looks good but I have seen it for less in retail of late. The Rally game looks pretty interesting as well, I am not one for racing games but my other half will love it
Cool, will watch for that when I get home tonight
It is also missing Galciv 2 and Galciv 1 Altarian Prophecy SDC 2.09.339 Build 90 is what I show for version.
All right, Just let SDC do its auto update and now I am locked out of all my TG.net games. All I show now is Buy and the token values, it wont let me install anything. It has removed my serial number for TG.net and now it has all the games listed individually and seems to want a SN for each one. What gives and how do I fix this ?
Existing TotalGaming.net customers will get the existing 10 or so games on there. PLUS they will get Galactic Civilizations II when it comes out (nearly all of you would have had to re-subscribe to get that) PLUS they will get 10 tokens to put towards the new games (which means you'll effectively get a new games for free too).<BR
Very happy to hear its moving forward Cant wait to see what you have lined up for us
I too have a question. At present we have access to all the games all the time, even once our subscription expires. Since this was a cornerstone of our subscription are we going to lose this ? At least we are going to get access to our exisiting games whilst in pahse 2 at no credit cost, from what i understand reading your post. It is my feeling that anything in pre phase 2 should be available under the origional agreement you had wi
It is nice to finally get some sort of answer on this front however, if you want to claim Frontline command as the November game that means you need to find out where the October one went then. August - Politacl Machine September - Robin Hood October - November - Frontline Command December - I am just happy someone finally pulled thier head out the sand and that we can look forward to a growing service. many
Now winding into the second half of the month and we have ...... Nothing, except a nice quote in another thread refuting the infrastructure claims "As I look at Stardock's massive IT infrastructure I realize something - we are well suited to make a massively multiplayer online real time strategy game." and "The time has come for us to make a MMORTS. Details will follow once we have more code in place. We have a really cool design and we h
I am still happy with the service but have now stopped recommending it to people and I think it is now time for someone to explain 1. what is going on ? Infrastructure issues was a nice comment, but the whole stardock central thing is the infrastructure so we were left assuming it isnt up to the task for Totalgaming, so why use it in the first place. 2 What can we expect to sweeten our renewal
Yep, doesnt show. It is listed in the xml file but is tagged as disabled.
If this is part of totalgaming.net, as the products page suggests, why doesnt it show up on the site or in Stardock Central ?
As we have had to do in the past, give them a little time. I am not to worried as it turns up eventually, this of course its still annoying due to the grand promises in our sign up to the service. On the whole I am very happy with the service and love the games.
