Parser error messages in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Im attempting to create my first logon theme and I keep getting Parser error messages in different lines everytime I try to preview the theme. Any help is appreciated!

Windows XP Home Edition with SP 1. I know Logon studio will change the shutdown, but I'd like to customize it if possible.
