It's not Logonstudio that is not working. It's the skin you have applied. There may be a bug in the coding of the logon skin you have used. What skin is it anyway? While you are seeing that error, you don't need to force restart you system. you just need to click OK for about 10 times and then your computer brings you to the default Win2K logon. Use that to log in back to your account, and choose another logon screen or you may disable logonstudio for the meantime.

Wow what a research Lantec. Thank you so much. I will do what the threads suggest. For now i just need to download the patch. See if it works when i get back home. Thank you all. By the way Rocketdock is cool. It just lacks the subtle elegance of ObjectDock. On and the little fight brewing above. Just strikes my humor LOL!. Please don't fight. Charles, thanks will do what you suggests Lantec way to go! Thanks for that. Feedback... tomorrow

I don't know if there are post of this kind already if so it would be a pleasure if you could provide me a link to that post. But anyway i have finally bought me a copy of Vista... erm Home Basic. First download from Stardock is Object Dock freeware... since it isn't very specific if it works exclusively for Vista Premium and up, i tried installing it. However when i try to run it, window says Object Dock stopped working. and so on. I reset the PC and re run OD but still, it stopped work

Or you could run group policy by typing gpedit.msc in RUN >User Configuration->Administrative Template->Desktop->Remove Recycle Bin Icon from Desktop->Double click it and tick Enabled That way, you could still have icons in your desktop but this time, no more recycle bin. LOL...just another alternative for the ones suggested above. God bless

I have installed the public version of WB on a new machine. However, everytime i run it, i get the message saying it is being blocked by an anti-spyware program......additionally, it provided me the option to run additional process which i did, but unfortunately, WB still doesn't work. So what i did was to uninstall AVG antispy and reinstalled windowblinds public. well guess what, i still get the same message....and i still choose the option to run additional processes and still, WB doesn'

OMG! I think this just so well done! Going back when I tried really hard to LEARN the old skin studio interface and comparing it with this new one, I guess I should have waited for SK6 to just come out. But nonetheless, I'm definitely glad that a new SK is out there. I'm going to get this one when it's final.

Impressive! without checking the text in notepad, one would easily determine that the picture on the left is Windowblinds running on XP.... the reason is that WB doesn't have that glass blur effect like that of Vista on the right.... But it doesn't matter, because WB is the greatest!Great great work!
