I agree completely. It shouldn't be too hard of an update either, at least I wouldn't think so. I was pretty shocked at the absence of McCain, Goldwater and JFK.
I've had relatively similar experiences. I'm Cuban and Puerto-Rican but as with many of a similar bloodline I doubt "standout" as a Latino.
