SR2 Complete Won't Download in Games Support Stardock Forums

I purchased SR2 Complete but can't get the download to start. It says "Error Retrieving Data." When I attempt to click on the "History" link of SR2, it says 406 - The client does not accept the MIME type... I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Impulse, and checked the "use new download mechanism" under preferences. All my firewalls are turned off. Using Vista x64. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this thing downloaded?

Will that carry over to other planets? For instance, if I have a planet producing 30mt can it support three planets of 10 billion a piece, or does food have to be produced on planet?
