I have a similar problem. Can't get ADSL where I live, so had to settle for a Wireless Broadband connection. Very expensive, little bandwidth. I can't afford to download a 1.4GB patch on my account, but I have access to a decent internet connection at another location. I just want to be able to download the patch, stick it on some kind of media and install it on my pc.
