yeah, Tom, AT&T. Have you ever noticed the AT&T signal in Peru is much, much better than it is in Logan? In Peru, I get full bars and in Logan, I get only one or two bars. AT&T has told me that will be remedied when LTE is turned on around here. I get LTE for about 1 1/2 milles on 24 just outside of Logan on my way to Peru but not while in Logan. It's nice to go to Kokomo and see LTE instead of 4G. I guess I shouldn't complain since I was using an iPhone 3 when all we had

My daughter dropped her Windows phone Monday outside a restaurant after we had lunch and the its screen shattered. So, after work, she bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 to replace it along with another S5 for her hubby. Monday evening she filmed a video of her daughter (she's a spitting image of my daughter) and sent it to me. Well, the video quality sucked. It was compressed and raggedy. It was worse then videos sent to me when she used an iPhone. I reached the conclusion if I want quality vide

that's not "real" water cooling shown in that pic, folks. i'd bet a bajillion dollahs that what is shown is one of corsair's H series liquid cooling options. i run one myself although i forget the model number. i think it's the H60 but i wouldn't bet a nickel on that.

i agree with your opinion of xbox music. it is a joke. apple with their itunes app and iphone does a vastly superior job when it comes to the syncing and playback of music. the other thing i dislike about my 1520 is that when anyone using an iphone sends a video to me, the vid quality sucks due to windows phone 8.1 converting the vid. if a vid taken with adroid or windows phone is sent to me, the vid quality is great. these two complaints are huge but overall, i love my 1520. going back to an

i was an iphone user for years. the last one i had was a 4s. i now use what i consider to be a far superior phone, the nokia lumia 1520. i also own a surface pro 2 (or surface 2 pro, whatever it's called. i really want a surface 3 pro but can't afford one right now) and an ipad air. i don't knock people who camp out waiting for the new iphone just as i don't knock the people who wait in line for days for black friday sales. if they're willing to do that, more power to them

i'll keep my nokia 1520, thank you very much. about the queuing and waiting in line: if they want to, what does it hurt? i can remember waiting in line for a day or two at market square arena or a karma store back in the 80's for seger, eagles, springsteen, stones, or mellencamp tickets. i was really happy when sunshine promotions started the vip club.

downloaded cfx today from the stardock site. compatibility mode doesn't work either. other than windows 8.1 64-bit, the only apps installed are office 2013, firefox, itunes, iconpackager, shadowfx, vipre, and the windows phone apps. i appreciate all your suggestions but thus far success eludes me.

2.11 on 64 bit os here. sadly, it doesn't matter which cursor theme i use. the one i liked to use before win8 is stardock's 'position' cursor but every cursor chosen vanishes on the start screen.

okay, kiddos, here's the deal......whenever i attempt to run CFX on W8.1 when using the metro start screen, the cursor vanishes. i know some people have said to use a workaround, which i can't remember at present, but i don't want to use a workaround. i've installed and uninstalled CFX numerous times to attempt to remedy the issue with no success. i've even formatted and reinstalled winders 8.1 again and the issue reappeared. any advice not including a workaround, uninstal

i feel your grief. one of my worst days was when my beagle, oscar, passed. i have two older dogs, one is 14 and the other 13......mom and son. i know it won't be long before they pass. i'm sure when one passes the other will be gone soon thereafter because they are extremely close. i'm not looking forward to when that time comes. anyway, a pet to most people is like a child in the family. it's difficult to lose one. RIP Boda.

one of the first things i do is uninstall skype after i do a hard reset. uninstalling it won't hinder the operation of the phone at all. as to the issue with your contacts, i've never heard of that one. what os are you using, 8.0 or 8.1? i had numerous issues after updating to 8.1. even after doing a hard reset and restoring, i had the issues. only after a hard reset and setting the phone up as a new device, did my 1520 operate correctly. maybe that is your corrective action,

i'm not a fan of f1 in the least. heck, i couldn't name 5 f1 drivers if my life depended on it but i sincerely hope schumacher recovers enough to live the type of life he once envisioned for himself and his family after retirement.

i made four 3' wide by 8' long by 2' high boxes so i can grow a small garden and not have to get on my hands and knees to work it. i'm way too old for that crap. i hope to get cucumbers, peas, green beans, three types of tomatoes, golden yukon potatoes, garlic, and some iceberg lettuce from them. i thought about planting some corn but corn is plentiful around here at harvest time so it's sold out of the back of pick-up trucks fairly cheaply. i only planted one cherry tomat
