DX9 Error, Running DX11 in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hello, I am running into a strange error. I just re-installed GC2 on my current gaming rig. When it starts it tells me I dont have DX9 or higher acceleration and therefore it is disabled. If i run dxdiag (or dxdiag64) it shows DX11, all advanced features are enabled. An Observation of TG.NET so far in PC Gaming Stardock Forums

I have to admin I am a bit disappointed with TG.NET so far, while it is nice to have multiple games to choose from, finding out HOW to play any of the games downloaded is really a mess. If TG.NET wants to be sucessfull, there needs to be something to help users get started in these games.
