Custom Stars and Flavor Text in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

I've been tinkering with my Dark Avatar game files and ran into a few dead ends. First off, does anyone know if its possible to assign an appearance for a star in CustomPlanets? Say I wanted to give the Sol system a purple star, can I do that (without editing StarTypes and changing every yellow star to purple)? I'd also like to know if there is a way to assign flavor text for a custom civilization. Even though I match up the civilization name and ID in the FlavorText file it st
