Hail all...I'm probably doing something wron but: I installed Uzi's Mod, and while after a bit of playtime I do see new planet types -- I have yet to see a single new Tech. I see Uzi's non-clickable logo in the tech trees, but no new Techs. Any input here would be most appreciated. Hats off to this modding community...you guys will keep the game alive for a long, long time.

Thanks for that too. Ok another one: It seems to me that when your ships are moving, they stop firing at previously designated targets. Is this true or is it just a graphics thing? And if they stop firing, does that mean that a Cap ship fighting by itself for over 50% of the damage of a particular ship will get the full exp bonus for "finishing a kill"?

Thanks for that Annatar. Another quick question: Why is it that when I select a LEV and click on the button to "build Metal Extractor", that the damn thing will head off to the FARTHEST asteroid to start building? This is really annoying. Like a bad joke from the Dev's hahahah.

Quick question about Fleet Leaders. Usually I gather up a bunch of ships and click "Create Fleet". At least 50% of the time, it makes the leader a little frigate -- even if I have several Cap ships in the fleet. Is there a way to make a particular Cap ship the Fleet Leader? To have a Cap ship automagically selected as the Fleet Leader every time you do a drag-group and Create Fleet? Just wondering if there is something I'm missing or if this happens to everyone.<

Perhaps a Subterranean planet type: -- More easily colonizable by one race than another. -- Very defensible from orbital bombardment. -- Low Pop growth, because of conditions forcing life forms underground (Poisonous atmosphere etc)

Is there a way to pause the game without clicking "menu"? I was wondering if there was a way to pause and stay in the game for purposes of doing things like Fleet Creation, allotting planet builds etc. If there is an easy way, I have yet to find it. Thanks for any answers. (Of course I realize this can't be done during a MP game)

..How do I get my "supply" points up so I can build more ships? Also, how do I get more Crew available? I couldn't seem to find the "obvious" method of doing so from reading the tech descriptions. Thanks
