cannot get this program work with IE 9 in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I changed over run IE 9 but when I try to download windowblinds it tells me it's been moved and I can not get it to download any help would be appreciated plus when I try to download icon package it will not download either. I have coarserx and wallpaper package and they work fine. Thank you very much Dave
