I can't update sins or any of my games. When I try, it says, "Please wait until Impulse finishes connecting to install an application." Impulse never finishes connecting. It also says "downloading impulse update -- paused" at the bottom, and there is no obvious way I can find to resume the update download. I've restarted impulse and my computer to no avail. When I go to Downloads & Installs, nothing is apparently downloading, either. I've made sure Impulse has an open connec
