As another "user/member", I am sad to read the negativity you have received. I believe in treating others with respect, especially when someone, like yourself, requests support. Despite what OS You have or don't have, a more supportive response should have been exorcised, in MY honest opinion. I have had similar issues/exchanges in the past...... Good

Hi, Ever since I was notified that there was an update available for Deskscapes, which IS how I have it set up; to Notify Me when there are Updates, and then I can choose to update or not, depending on my usage of the specific App. So, I did go through with the Upgrade. And then came the BUG! I have now had to Activate it 5 Times in the past 24 Hours!!! Is it because I am using my OD Licence Key? Every time I add it, it says, it is "Acti
