Just started redesigning my work desktop. I took and modified a WinXP background called Ripple and pixelated it plus I added some other shapes for icon placement. I just installed object dock before taking my screenshot, so it's basically default icons

IronCrossX02, Same happens for me, on how Object Dock jumps back instead of animating. I also swear the speed changes in the options don't do a darn thing. I also swear that when I tried free version it did animate back smoothing instead of jumping. When I bought the Plus version I was fustrated trying to adjust the options to get it to do it again and gave up. When I get a chance I'm going to install the free version on my laptop and see

There is a box on the bottom left of the page called "Browse Site" that has a search field and you can select forums then hit go.

I don't seem to have a problem with the z-ordering with the dock. I set it to normal and things worked as it should with mozilla. I keep it at always on bottom. The main reason is so it goes away as soon as I'm finished. Though, I wish it was more like YzDock, where it just has an option to return focus to previous or new program. Though, atleast with always on bottom it will not disappear when minimizing to the desktop. Besides that

Huh, I'd like to edit my message to clear up some confusing parts but I have to create a some personal site. Why do I have to do that, it's not something I need to use? I'm not a skinner, atleast not yet. Though, it seems you can edit replies, very strange.

I really like this program and has great potential, but I have some initial concerns. I like how the regular dock has the always on top or always on bottom. Which I choose bottom, so it's hidden until I need it and goes away when I'm done. Plus when I show desktop it doesn't get hidden. So it all seems fine. Now comes the tabbed dock. It seems to opperate under a different system. My main complaint is that it doesn't have an always on

I'm new to all this but I've finally got a good start, that's why the dock is pretty much empty. And man, I can't believe I haven't been using Mozilla until now. I also have some more stuff to do like the weather and calendar widgets and so on. Maybe a tabbed dock at top besides the icon one on the right. Well and I can't imagine any machine of mine without IconX The main problem that makes it unusable is the show desktop icon. 90% of the time when I got to my desktop it's through that task button to minimize everything and when I do that the icons revert like IconX isn't even loaded until I open a new w

First thing that's really bad with this program is that when I click the show desktop icon to go to the desktop all the icons revert back to standard ones in their old places. Then when I open a new windows they suddently pop back to the IconX setup. Then what's the deal with animations and mouse overs and aways? It's really nice, but the way they work is too annoying. If I come up to the icon from below it will animate twice, once for touchin

I tried the demo first of WindowsFX and I remember this feature working. Now that I have the full Object Dekstop package, when I check "Hide shadows when dragging and resizing" it still shows them. I can have a lot of windows open so I need that feature to work for speed, especially when dragging between monitors. Is this a current bug with WindowsFX? Should I uninstall and reinstall it to see if that helps? Does this happen to you?<
