I was just wondering if there were any fansites for Galactic Civs II. I did a quick search and failed to come up with any. It would be nice if there were other sites that hosted mods, tutorials, and such. Anyone know of any?

Wow, this is great. I've never seen a company ask what people want. Thats truely unique. I would like to see starbase ranges of influence displayed on constructors before i build so I can see the area its going to effect. Also, maybe more ship models Support for mods, maybe a "how-to".

I've noticed that in the begining of my game I'm behind in technology and have to resort to trading but later in the game each civ goes their own way. For example, I began to lead in techology, only mached by the Alterian Republic (probably spelled wrong), and other civs were specializing in different techologies, Dregin Empire with lasers and Yor with missles. In point, I believe that the raising in value of the later technologies slows down or stops the trading of technologies allow

I think yes and yes. Because I put one next to an enemy planet and it rebelled to my civ. I believe it also reinforces your systems. My question, not to change the subject, is how do you tell the range of the station before you construct it? I want to have the best area of coverage for it. I hope I'm right...
