new user, can't get multiple accounts to run OD... in Object Desktop WinCustomize Forums

hi i'm pretty new to this, and have been trying to fix this problem with no luck. my wife and i have two separate logins on windows xp pro.... both accounts have full admin rights... my account can access everything i install through stardock central just fine... hers can only acces 2 or 3, anyone know what i should change/check? thanks
