What is this new Window Blinds??? in Community WinCustomize Forums

I used window blinds several years back and really liked it. I lost that computer many years ago. I decided to buy a copy of window blinds after all these years. My question is "What happen?". Window Blinds used to be so powerful. You could change menu settings and display styles on the fly. Colors were changed easily. You could make all your icons vanish unless your mouse was over them or you tapped the mouse into a certain corner of the screen. You c
