cliffski2 - Remove cookies for stardock.com, galciv2.com or any variation on those. Or simply delete all cookies. Then head to the forums and log in. It's likely you have a cookie conflict.

Here's the scoop... The metaverse doesnt know anything about your game, other than what the game says. It also does not discriminate against you if you submit a cheat game, but it will not include a cheat game's score into your stats on the metaverse. You're also only allowed to update the same game one time on the metaverse. That is to say, if you submit a score, keep playing and then resubmit it at a later date. If you are having login issues with any stardock websites, you can delete your *stardock.com, *galciv2.com, or *(domain name) cookies - or simply clear all cookeis. Every now and then they get a little discombobulated

dj-LiTh - I can see both of your players in the database and the site assigned to you. The same for the empire you created. Also, as I've tried to ask a bunch of times already, please don't use vague words like 'gone'. We need to know exactly what you mean, otherwise we cant help you.
I'll email Soulfire777 to confirm that he did not create that empire. Once he replies and confirms that he didn't create it, we'll hand it over to you. It's not at all that we dont belive you, but we have to play it safe to keep the peace I'm sure you can understand.
