It could just be windows rot, but you might try memtest86+, a couple years ago I had to dump three sticks of ram that were causing me problems. Since then it's been Registered ECC all the way for me, a little slower but takes more punishment. Also check the size of your windows\system32 folder since those are dlls that are getting loaded.
