OK makes sense.

Firstly this is not a moan or a bitch its a sincere technical question. I am looking at the StarDock store and logged in as myself, I have placed a pre order but when I select "My Account" I do not see any product listed nor do I see anything under "View past orders" Should I take this to mean that I dont have a standing preorder and I need to do so now, or does page simply not display any preorders? Any help appreciated.

Hmmm, as a company owner I would try to convince my team to take the following position.. "If we provide a product to our customers and they show us loyalty by entering into a preordering contract they should be rewarded by receiving said product promplty and before those that choose to pay on release" But thats just me.

^^^^ Makes the point exactly, can someone quantify what exactly I have gained by preordering?

I preordered therefore I should receive my serial BEFORE those that are ordering now, otherwise Stardock are sending a clear signal for the next release of product X....dont preorder.

Is it worth canceling my pre order then just placing a new order and getting a serial right away?
