I agree. I think to consider the keymap pdf as part of the Collector's edition is cheap, and don't understand this decision, hopefully it was an oversight. I could understand if the CE version had a glossy card, and the regular edition didn't, but come on, a pdf costs nothing to include, and should be part of the standard game. I hope stardock/ironclad can step up and fix this..
