Adding touch keyboard shortcut to object dock 2.1 in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I have object dock installed on a tablet and I would like to add a shortcut that calls the touch keyboard to open. The file associated with this function is taptip.exe. I created a shortcut of this application on my desktop. I then moved the shortcut to the dock. When I try to run the shortcut, get an error message that the file location is invalid? Not sure what's going on... I'm running W8.1 64

I installed ObjectDock on my tablet. Is there a way to create an icon for the touch keyboard (as per the W8 task bar)? Edit: I created a taptip.exe shortcut and added it to the dock. When I try to run the dock keep getting an error message that the file cannot be found?

I've installed a few of the skins but I can never get the wizbar to appear? Do I need additional software? How can I get rid of that generic "start" navigation bar?
