That's normal. If I'm not wrong the trade will be real when the two factions have Tradeport and when you have visited one of his planet with tradeport.

Yup. When the preorders are charged, you'll get an email with your activation code and will be able to download it via Stardock Central. And when we are charged since the preorder ? (by tokens on totalgaming)
