1.Influnce Resource way too stong if you find one early and max out its mining your influnce will take over half the galx as easy as that. 2.lnflunce/Cultural Boarders Fog in your boarders i would think you would have a clean line of sight within your own boarders 3.Governor think its good for upgradeing your buildings but later in the game when you get new things you still have to go back and decomission a building to put up a new type 4.Wonders its hard to tell
