I am still having the same problem too. Even after manually changing the "Recent" folder icon. Seems to me it did work fine before, but not now. Someone must have the solution.

I have the latest beta installed and have tried the stable 3.11 version, but still not "My Recent Document" icon listed in IP. ??? Edit Never mind.. it is package relevant.
