Bichur - thanks for the link. Your google skills are strong Well, I updated the driver and that seems to have done the trick. I knew I should have thought to have done that first. So, this is wierd. I went and deleted one of the graphics controllers. After I did that, one of the two instances of the plug and play monitor dissappears. It tells me to reboot, so I do. When windows starts back up, the last skin I tried to apply, GT3, is now on the desktop. I get a couple of popup balloons telling me that new hardware is found. I open up WB config and what do you know, I still cant apply a different skin. I go back to device m

No third party firewall... I noticed in my device manager that I have two instances of the same graphics controller under display adapters and I have two instances of the same monitor under monitors... Could that be causing a problem?

When your downloading it, some of them come as a zip file. make sure your unzipping them to the right folder. Then, click install/apply I'm pretty sure that I am - they are listed in the WB config, and i can click on them and see the preview, i just can't get them to apply. Thanks for you
Rebuild list did not work I've tried Ferix and 5imple Alpha The skins seem to be loaded correctly, it's just that when I click "Apply this skin now", nothing happens.

Hi all. I have downloaded and installed the shareware version of WindowBlinds. It seems really interesting and I've been reading the forums quite a bit. I cannot seem to get it to apply any skin other than Retro which came with the shareware. I have tried downloading several different skins, none of which work. I'd like to buy and use this program, but if I can't get it to work, I'd rather not waste the money. If anyone has any suggesti
