So finally Today I got emails from stardock denying my skins I submitted 2 weeks ago. I see that it was automated and I just think it would be better for the mods or whomever does these things to include reasons why they are not accepted so users may correct things! I read the guidelines then and again when I got the email, and I followed all guidelines yet was not accepted? Very uncool! I mean it is just a simple rightclick menu. I included permissions for the images used

No I seen that, And Anyhow it is not in my gallery either after a refresh or my page, or my skin submission(awaitng mod review), I have submitted them 3 times now, and they are all there after each submission(the old ones and new I mean) then after another refresh they are all gone! And it just happened agaiN! And still no emails concerning approval, What si happening to them? I even signed out and back in again then they are gone again! Yeah they were right click skins, Lsd~Blue~Aurora and Lsd~Green~Aurora(and the second time just Blue Aurora and Green Aurora Im just impatient I guess, being my first share here I was happy! LOL Until they dissapeared!

Good to hear! I just was wondering why My first 2 submissions here were gone and then when I tried to reup them cause I thought maybe I did it wrong they were there again, but only for a few minutes! Now all gone again! Right-Click skins if any mods can assure that they are there! Sounds like it though, no need to look any further I assume! How long does it generally take to get a submission through? I think it has been 3 or 4 days now, and no email.

Koasati, That worked putting it in my documents until reboot, then it did not work said unable to find link! Even when I re did it! Is there any other way of doing this?!\ Hope someone knows Thanks!

Hey wow, Thanks mate! Now to where to find a good AVI or animated icon so it shows blue when connected and grey when not! Or similar. As of right now on my desktop or now my documents the shorcut is the defualt XP one. And when on the dock it stay blue either way like it is connected. I would like to change it anyway because the icon does not look good on the dock. Is there a good animated one here soemwhere? If so and if not where is this at in my sys32 folder to change the defualt image

Finally close. I got network folder as a shortcut and it is a drop menu when clicked on, but I have several connections (vmware and such In that folder) It will connect when i click on dial up but Iam not able to dissconnect with this method! Nor can I make it only shortcut to the dial up connection, which is my dream! Hope someone can tell me how this can be done! Thanks!

I do and it is not there! I said that! my pc docs and all that but where in the dropdown menu is network connections? I did look before asking, I feel stupid really cause I am sure, or was sure that it is something simple. But from the looks of the responses it is not.

I think my best bet is to know wherre the actuall address of the connection is to make a whole new shortcut into my connections folder. But I cannot find it in the drop down menu when choosing shortcut properties.

Yeah that is how I tried it, Draggin it there, and It will work, but when I delete it from the desktop, then it is incorrect shortcut? Seems funny why it woudl do that. But that is exactly what I want to do and then not have the icon on the desktop anymore. Yeah I have my icon for dial up set to connect on click! I am on dial up and have been trying to figure out how to add my diall connection icon to my dock. I am using 1.30 plus I have tried draggin my icon to it, but it wont work. It will go there and even have the connect options, but will not connect it or dissconect it. Is there any easy way to do this or any special dock setup needed?

All you do is go into builder mode then on the tabs ya want to change, click the tabbed section ya need to modify , click properties. Then all you do is change the entries name and location. And from the states tab you may also change the mouse over names and effects i.e. color, text, aplpha. Also if you need more then the tabs you have just clone one, drag them apart and rename it then change the settings to your choice! Hope this helps, if ya need d

Desktopx/Iconx Clashing? in DesktopX Stardock Forums

I have been using desktopx for a while with no problems , and the other night i downloaded iconx. On reboot i noticed that all icons are small when desktopx is running they seem to cancel each other out, no matter which one is running the other is messing up?
