Natural Desktop question in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

[e digicons]:pig:[/e] I would like to know why when I download my Natural Desktop all I get is an empty folder, is it not compatable(sp?) with Vista Ultimate? I have tried downloading with Impulse and with e mail link. Any solutions? I like to keep things simple. Thanks.
