I really think the Age of Wonders series really spoiled me in regards to this genre, and it is probably unfair to demand the same from E:Wom. I can still hope however. And I did mean the Traveler's boots....my bad.

This game is starting to grow on me. It is no Age of Wonders, but it has some good aspects. And some bad ones. Elemental: War of Spiders.....the number of wandering spider armies is laughable, and wandering non-aligned armies in general are too many. It is good for getting XP, but that is about it. I am very eager to get my hands on this game. I am so sick of the RTS genre, and have found TBS to be far more rewarding, although Rome:Total War was an awesome blending of the two. I even enjoyed ST:BotF, and the ugly and cumbersome SW:Rebellion. My question is regarding ship design and its impact on combat.
