So is this a spin off of nethack? Question for the original poster, how does this compare to nethack?

Sword of the stars, with the expansions, I would consider far from complex.

Unless it brings something new to the RTS elements, I'm going to pass on this. Company of Heroes was the last RTS that has satisified me. I haven't read much on it, but I like large scale battles. If they are bringing heroes into starcraft I am going to be bummed, it was a total turn off for me in Warcraft 3.

Didn't like 300, I just can't get my mind around that movie when there is 300 men wearing thongs and capes roaring and fighting. So I don't think I'm going to see watchmen.

I'd rather frogboy create this great games and not waste his time. Who cares about DRM when all the good games come from Stardock?

I find a large problem with EA, in that games come out unfinished and therefor, the expansion comes out costing us another such and such amount to finish the game. Look at Black and White, Fable, given this is from the same game developer. Some of the Battlefield series. When I had an Xbox, I dreaded any EA sports game on the market. So I guess I might have to wait till spore comes out with an expansion and that may solve all my problems.

I'm still debating on this game because of the EA connection. Its been a good 6 years since i bought my last EA game,, at least back then there were series of unstable games and bad patch support with the game. I know some of this involves with the game developer. Do I stick with my ban on EA games or should I give them another try? I just don't know... ;)
Evolution is an hypothesis, Intelligent Design is an hypothesis. Neither one deserves to be taught in a science class. There is no evidence that species change from one to the other over time as evolution tries to explain the diversity of life.Natural selection should be taught. It is verifiable. Living things change over time in response to environment. It's very well documented.Intelligent Design and Evolution are not verifiable because we cannot see into the past to see what reall
So.... tell me WHAT they are going to use "from SCRATCH"...Not my post but I would guess stardust.Sorry... already created. You have to start from NOTHING.
You asked how to create life. Not atoms in general. You must ask precise. Ask how did all this mass came to be? How about this question? Why do we have to start from nothing, if there always WAS something? How do you know there was nothing? Wouldn't that mean there wasn't a god? What created god? But w

How did life begin? From the sound of it, it seems they are getting very close to creating life from scratch. Give them 10 or so years. Once this happens all of the nonbelievers will still be nonbelievers anyway, so no point in talking about it. Just wait till we develop non-carbon based life forms, we are the the point where most of us are not in need for religion to explain to us what has happened and why things happen. Hell, maybe eventually the human race could b
This means that if you find something the first time, the second upgrade will be statistically less effective.
If the code describes a lower probability of getting a second bonus than when you get a first, then this is true. If getting the two bonuses are independent of each other, then given you already have the first bonus, its not going to statistically be less likely to get the second bonus. It is statistically less likely to find two bonuses rather
